By accessing our site, scheduling a Campus Audit, or utilizing our resources, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your institution.

2. Institutional Advisory & Estimates

We collect information provided directly by institutional leaders, campus administrators, and website visitors:

• Diagnostic Frameworks: Feasibility analyses, speed-to-lead benchmarks, response latency estimates, and architectural models (including the SereneCare allied health blueprint) displayed on this site serve as technical illustrations and operational benchmarks.
• No Guarantee of Yield: Admissions outcomes, student retention, and cohort fulfillment depend on institutional execution, campus compliance, admissions staff adherence, and local market factors. Demani Media does not guarantee specific enrollment yields or licensure pass rates through public website documentation.

3. Intellectual Property & Asset Sovereignty

• Proprietary Systems: All public website content, architectural copy, narrative frameworks (including the STAY methodology), and front-end interface designs remain the intellectual property of Demani Media.
• Contracted Asset Sovereignty: Client asset sovereignty takes effect under formal executed service agreements. Upon contract delivery, full legal transfer of custom front-end codebases, CRM automation recipes, and RAW 4K media masters is granted to the contracting institution.

4. Acceptable Use

Visitors and institutional representatives agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract proprietary intake code, documentation, or media assets without express written consent.
